The Quilt Basket opened in September 2019 as the vision of life-long quilting enthusiast Angela Thornton.
As a longarm custom quilter for many years, Angie is excited to provide other crafters, sewers, and quilters a one-stop-shop for their project needs with a selection of premium fabrics, machines, and notions.
Having taught quilting and sewing classes in her hometown of Ukiah, CA for many years, Angie has worked to ensure that the beautiful and historic Carnegie Public Library location gets put to good use with a variety of class and event opportunities for novice and pros alike!
