Bus Trip

• Leave Corning CA at 6:30 a.m.
• Stop at Willows Walmart Parking lot for pick up 7:00 a.m. (On east side of parking lot)
• Bring your coffee or tea we will have pastries for the ride to the Quilt Fest.
• Arrive at Santa Clara Convention Center approximately 10:30 – 11:00
• Shop until you drop.
• Leave The Quilt Fest promptly at 3:30 p.m.
• We will have Cookies and raffle prizes for the ride home.
• Make a quick stop for a bite to eat on the way home.
• Return to Willows and Corning 8:30 p.m. approximately.
• $120.00 per person.  $40.00 deposit to reserve your seat. (First come first serve)
• 2nd payment of $40.00 due Friday August 26th.
• Final $40.00 payment due on or before Friday September 9th
• The $120.00 will cover the bus trip, entrance to the show, goodies, and tip for the bus driver.
• We must have a minimum of 40 people on the bus, or we will have to cancel.  Tell your friends.  If we are unable to get enough people, we will refund your money.
• If you must cancel after you have paid your deposit and there is a waiting list, we will refund your deposit.   If there is no waiting list and we can’t find someone to fill your spot your deposit will be forfeited.
